Pool electrical work has strict requirements in Australia. Water and electricity don't mix, so everything needs to be installed to specific standards with proper bonding, RCDs, and clearances.
I see a lot of older pool setups around Rockingham that don't meet current standards - pumps wired without proper protection, lighting that's not isolated correctly, or missing bonding.
