Service Provider

Electrical services are provided by Andrew's Home Services Pty Ltd (ABN 31 620 049 720), trading as Rockingham Electrician, under electrical contractor licence EC 9715 issued by WA Building & Energy.

Quotes and Pricing

Written quotes are provided for all work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional work discovered during the job will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of work unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

Warranty

All electrical work comes with a workmanship warranty as required under Australian Consumer Law. Materials and fittings carry the manufacturer's warranty. Certificates of compliance are provided for all notifiable electrical work.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

Access and Site Conditions

You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area. Please ensure pets are secured and the work area is accessible. If site conditions differ significantly from the quote, additional charges may apply.

Insurance

We maintain $10 million public liability insurance for your protection.
